Human Resource Administration

Jean successfully transitioned from a career in Physical Therapy and Health and Safety to Human Resources during her tenure at Eastman Kodak Company and Kodak Alaris.  As a Sr Human Resources Manager, she’s known for her ability to establish strong, positive, and trusted relationships with both local and virtual clients by understanding their business, driving improvements and responding quickly to their needs.
Having worked primarily supporting manufacturing, sales and service she has held supervisory roles in Plant Protection (Fire and Security), Learning and Development and HR Generalist functions.  She’s particularly experienced in the areas of Client Support, Employee Relations, Engagement and Compliance.  Jean has led numerous projects with international teams and including suppliers.
Jean earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Marquette University and is Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified.  In her leisure time she enjoys travelling domestically and internationally, music, reading and fitness.
