Front Line/Core Leadership Development

Sandra’s retired from Procter and Gamble after 24 years of service. During her P& G career, she held positions of Operations Business Unit Leader, Operations Project Startup Leader Support, Material Logistics and Planning, and varied Supervisory roles. Sandra also has developed and executed training plans that involved hosting front-line supervisors from China and Western Europe for new business plant operational startups. During her career, she has also visited facilities in Europe and within the U.S.

After her career with Procter & Gamble; she has spent the past two years supporting a P& G strategic Business Partner as an Operations Business Consultant in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She has the operational knowledge, organizational development, coaching and mentoring experience at the core – front-line level up to management tiered levels. Her most rewarding work has been working with managers to invest in front-line leadership and new managers for overall growth and building organizational capability.

Sandra holds a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix and a Business Management Certificate. She is a member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.

Her passion is mentoring and developing to build front-line leadership skills; to assist various management levels to understand the value of structured plans and to invest in front line and core level leadership.
