David Gill

Dave’s career, spanning over 40 years, has included HR management and consulting positions, providing strategic leadership to senior managers and executives with large, mid-sized, and small corporations in various industries including research, manufacturing, sales and distribution, marketing, Oil and Gas, and Chemicals. His experience includes international and domestic experience, at corporate, and division level.

Dave has held positions of Senior Manager HR, Senior HR Consultant, Corporate Mgr. H.R., Diversity & Recruiting, and  Sr. Supplier Diversity Consultant for companies like Eastman Kodak Company, Marathon Oil Corporation, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, Ameripol Synpol Corporation, Hoechst Celanese, and Enron. Dave is also a frequent speaker on Hiring Persons with Disabilities, and is also an instructor in the Strategic HR Partners HR Certification Preparation course.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from College of the Southwest in Hobbs, NM and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management both in the national organization and in the Columbus Georgia chapter where he serves as a member of the Development commitee.
